G6818 System on Module Features:

  • The smallest size: 52mm x 52mm, and ensure GPIO interfaces onboard
  • Takes AXP228 PMU power management and keep work stable
  • Supports kinds of eMMC, Toshiba 8GB eMMC as default ( 19nm MLC craft )
  • Takes single channel DDR3, and 1GB as default. 2GB as optional
  • Supports power sleep wake up
  • Supports Android 5.1. Linux + qt, Ubuntu OS
  • Onboard the gigabit Ethernet
  • 184 PINs
  • G6818 system on module could pin out mostly cpu resource. And it could be used MID, POS, PDA, PND, smart home, phone, learning machine, game machine and other kinds of industrial control filed.


    Shenzhen Graperain Technology Co., Ltd. have integrated all its features into G6818 system on module yet. Customers only need to design the two or four layer carrier board, can realize high-end octa core product design.
