  • GR3399 SOM is of strong expandable, more 313 PINs, max 2.0 Ghz. Its PCB takes 8-layers immersion gold process design, with best electrical specification and immunity characteristics.


    Supports MIPI interface, eDP output, dual MIPI-CSI interfaces and dual ISP, PCIe, USB3.0, USB2.0 and TypeC and so on.
